Apsure, LLC ("we," "us"), a Utah limited liability company, operates Bundled Brand. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use bundledbrand.com or our services. It does not apply to websites we host for clients; each client is responsible for its own privacy policy and practices. Our role when hosting a client website is described in the client-data processing section of our Terms of Service.

Information we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, and comments. We keep those details and records of our communications so we can respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records.

We and our service providers may automatically collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed, browser and device information, referring pages, IP-derived location, and cookies or similar identifiers.

Analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking

We use analytics tools, which may include Ahoy, Google Analytics, Rybbit, and PostHog, to understand website traffic and improve our services. When you submit an inquiry, PostHog may record a lead event and connect it with visit and campaign information.

We may use Meta attribution and conversion tools to measure advertising results. These tools may use cookies, referral information, and lead-event information. The analytics and advertising providers we use may change over time.

Spam prevention and inquiry classification

Our contact form may use Google reCAPTCHA to detect abusive or automated submissions. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to reCAPTCHA.

We may classify submissions as service-related, unrelated, uncertain, or spam to protect our contact form and respond appropriately. We use third-party AI and machine learning providers to classify, screen, route, enrich, summarize, and otherwise act on your submission and related information, and we expect to add and change these automated features and providers over time. We do not permit these providers to train their models on your information. We may keep the result and use it to route, approve, or reject an inquiry.

How we use and share information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, measure marketing performance, protect the website, and maintain business records.

We share information with service providers only as needed for these purposes. Inquiry details may be delivered through Slack or email to our personnel. Those notifications may include your contact details, comments, approximate geography, and any inquiry classification.

Payments

If you purchase services, a third-party payment processor handles payment-card information. We receive payment and transaction details needed to manage your account, but we do not store full payment-card numbers.

Your privacy choices and requests

You may request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing us. You can limit targeted advertising through browser and device controls and the privacy or advertising settings offered by Meta and Google. We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising and analytics tools may involve what some state laws broadly define as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, operate our business, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Updates to this policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide notice through the website or another appropriate channel. Your continued use of the website or our services after an updated policy takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
