Pricing questions
What is included?
Up to 5 core pages and routine content updates within your existing design are included. Updates cover text, photos, services, hours, team details, and contact information. Additional pages, new designs, major layout changes, new functionality, large imports, and ongoing marketing require a separate quote and approval. Email hosting, administration, and migration are not included.
How do I cancel?
Email support@bundledbrand.com before your next billing date to stop automatic renewal. There is no advance notice period. Service continues through your paid period unless you request earlier removal.
Can I get a refund?
Before launch, refund requests are considered case by case. After launch, unused months of an annual plan are nonrefundable by default. You can contact support@bundledbrand.com to request an individual refund review.
When will support respond?
We provide an initial response within 2 business days, not guaranteed completion within that period. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, with Eastern Time as the reference time zone.
Who owns the content and design?
You own your content, including customer-specific copy and content we create for you. Bundled Brand retains ownership of its themes and reusable components and can reuse them for other customers. Third-party assets remain subject to their licenses.
Can I move my site?
There is no fee to leave our platform. That does not include free migration onto it or deployment work elsewhere. Paid customers retain the right to use and modify the theme for their own website after leaving, but cannot resell it or provide theme-based services to others. A downloadable HTML/CSS/JS export is planned but not yet verified. Static files cannot retain our server-side forms, spam filtering, administration, or other platform services.
When does service start?
Launch means your approved website becomes publicly available. Your annual service period or monthly billing starts then. If your content or approval delays launch, we contact you rather than automatically starting the paid period.
Before you upgrade
A few things you might be wondering.
Do I have to keep my existing design?
No. We build your upgraded website on one of our Proven Website Designs, customized for your business. The free review helps us identify useful content and what needs to change.
Can I keep my domain?
Yes. Your domain is always yours. We work with you to connect it to your upgraded website.
What happens during the switch?
We review your current setup and prepare your new site for you to review before launch. We agree on the domain connection and launch steps with you rather than asking you to figure them out.
What about my business email?
Tell us how your email is currently set up during the review. We check the setup and discuss any work needed before changes to your domain.
Will an upgrade affect my Google rankings?
A new website can affect search visibility. We review existing pages and URLs, discuss redirects where needed, and build an SEO foundation. We don’t promise rankings.
What updates are included?
Routine updates to photos, services, business hours, and team information are included. If you need new functionality or a larger change, we discuss the scope with you first.
What if I decide to leave?
There is no fee to leave, and your domain remains yours. Any plan commitment still applies. We’ll explain your plan terms and website portability options before you sign up.
Is the website review a commitment?
No. The review is free and has no obligation. We explain what we recommend so you can decide whether Bundled Brand is the right next step.
