What routine website maintenance covers—and what it does not
Routine care keeps a managed website current within its agreed design. It does not include every new feature, redesign, or marketing campaign.

Routine website maintenance means care for the website you already have. With Bundled Brand, that includes the agreed work behind the scenes and changes to your business information within the existing design. It does not include every new feature, a new design, or regular marketing work.
What the managed plan includes
We handle hosting, which keeps the website available for people to visit. The plan also includes a secure website connection, backup copies, and updates to the software behind the website. Contact and quote forms include filtering to help reduce junk messages. You can contact our team for support and routine changes to your business information.
Our websites use a shared system that we maintain and improve. This does not mean every customer gets a new design or every feature they request. Ask about backup arrangements before relying on them. A backup does not, by itself, promise how quickly we can restore a website after a problem.

Which content changes fit routine care?
The current terms include updates to:
- Text and contact information.
- Photos.
- Services and business hours.
- Team details.
For example, you can ask us to replace a team photo, update your phone number, or correct your opening hours. Those are changes to information on the website, not a new design. The public terms do not set a number of changes per month or promise unlimited changes. If you have a long list of changes, discuss it with us first.
What needs a separate quote?
These changes need a separate quote and your approval:
- Extra pages beyond the number agreed for your website.
- A new design or major changes to how pages look.
- New tools, such as online booking.
- Moving a large amount of content from another website.
- Regular marketing work.
A new booking tool is different from changing contact text. A redesign is different from replacing a photo. Tell us what you want to achieve so we can explain whether it fits the plan or needs a separate quote.
We do not provide, manage, or move your email service. Other services you use alongside the website can also have their own providers and support arrangements.
How support works
Send support requests to support@bundledbrand.com. Tell us which page needs attention and what is wrong or needs to change. For a change to text or photos, send the words or picture you want us to use when available.
We give an initial reply within two business days. That is a reply, not a promise to finish every job within two days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, with Eastern Time as the reference. We do not promise that the website will always be available without interruption.
Website care is not ongoing work to improve your Google results
We include basic work to help search engines understand the website and its pages. That is a starting point, not a promise of a particular place in Google. Regular articles and ongoing work to attract people through search need a separate plan.
Reports about website visits help you understand how people use the site. Setting up those reports does not mean we manage your advertising or review your marketing results every month. Agree separately on who handles that work.
Read the service terms for what the service includes and leaves out.
